Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made between 1 business days (18:00 local time) to 6 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 6 hours prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Begin by getting your flour and water ready by mixing carefully. After the dough is formed, seal it in a plastic bag to knead. Learn tips on how to knead it to the perfect firmness.

Rest the Dough
Let the udon dough sit for about an hour to an hour and a half. During this time, pick either shodo calligraphy or origami to enjoy.

Use a brush and ink to write words in Japanese. Learn to write your name or pick a favorite word. An award-winning instructor will teach you carefully to write with a brush.

Carefully fold colorful pieces of paper and learn step by step to make a pretty craft to take home!

Cook the Udon
Once your udon is ready, roll it out and cut it to equal lengths. Cook it in hot water and taste the freshly made udon noodles on the spot!
